The room is super clean and nice and comfortable. Special the reception lady was so nice and kind, when we got problem which we cannot fold the sofa bed back late at night, she was still coming to the room and helped us out. Big appreciate to her.

For the price I was shocked by how nice ‘The Quest Nowra’ was. Upon arrival the staff were extremely helpful, kind and professional, answering all my questions. The room itself was great! My partner and I had all the facilities needed to cook a meal, enjoying it on the balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets if needed. The location is great as well, being right across the road from a shopping centre.

The location for our visit was idle. The parking although paid was very convenient. room was very well presented and the house worker was very polite and caring. Surely making more visit as mentioned to reception and you hotel number given. Thanks.

Rooms were very well presented, neat and tidy, comfortable, large enough. Bathrooms were of good size and very functional. Overall size of the apartment was good for a family of 4. The location is easily accessible and very safe. There are many shopping options and restaurants in the same location which makes it easier for quick shopping and get food quickly.

Spacious room, kitchen corner available in the room, the bathroom was nice with all the essentials as well as a real hair dryer (not like the ones already attached to the walls). The location is a short 20/30 minutes drive to Jervis bay which is great.

The room was very clean, and tidy, staff was nice and polite, the only feedback I can provide to improve the experience is to replace the mattress as it was baggy and I personally prefer a firm bed

On our way from Sydney to Canberra, needed to meet up with friend living in Jervis Street. Location was excellent and so convenient to park. Staff were more than helpful, especially regarding my husband with his Dementia, much appreciated. Thank you

Love that room was huge, good kitchen, great staff. Booked it because they had a washer and dryer in the room.

Close to everything, super quiet inside unit, very comfortable, spacious and clean with everything we needed for our 6 night stay. Staff were really friendly & helpful. Highly recommend anyone with a family stay here. Will definitely be returning when we're next visiting grand kids.

Was not aware that there was a requirement to pay for parking at time of booking and subsequently utilised street parking in a rental car. Cannot recall it was ever indicated in the preliminary booking. The gym was a pleasant and most welcomed amenity; however, with 3 x visits I could not locate the TV remote and the fixed iPad for music/entertainment was unserviceable.
